If everyone was limited to 5 text messages sent and 3 text messages received each day. .. what would you think? Would you care or be able to cope with the change? Why or why not?About 8 billion texts are sent daily, or 92 thousand every second. I would think that would be retarded, what if people were in danger and needed to contact someone? I think I would be able to cope, if thats how it was to begin with, but not now, its so much easier to make plans with people, and get ahold of them.

How would you deal with it?I think i would probably end up losing it because i dont think that it would be fair if everyone could text but me. I wouln’t be upset if i could text as well but i mean if i cant text evryone shouldn’t be able to text. I would deal with it by probably borrowing someones phone and texting.

Blog #20 - (from Zach) What impact has facebook had on your life and why? Facebook hasn’t had any impact on my life whatsoever. I never use it. I use it once in a blue moon when I decide to go on and see who added me as a friend or to add new applications. That usually only takes 10 minutes so really, I’m never logged on. The only way it’s impacted my life was being able to meet new people and catch up with old friends or family i haven’t seen in a long period of time.

The first two days this week at school have gone by pretty alright, fairly fast, so thats nice. Was good to have time to work during classes and no big projects for now.
Blog #33 - Google the CTV News Net "Computer Virus or April Fool's Joke" news broadcast on March 23rd. What did you learn? (3-4 sentences).This could be a big deal according to many people. Alot of other sites say that the Canadian Internet Registration Authority has issued a warning about the latest version of the Conficker worm, which could possibly have infected any computers running a Microsoft operating system which is a lot of computers in households. It also has a lot defensive measures designed to evade detection and removal by disabling Windows Automatic Updates and Windows Security Center. Apparently 3 to 12 million computers are supposed to be infected. Also who sets up this worm is still a mystery but Microsoft is offering lots of money for someone to give up the creator of the Conficker worm. I learned that it could be a big deal but I’m not worried about it seeing as my stupid laptop is broken and not gonna be on them so its whatever basically.

Would you agree that it is a good strategy and why? Does it encourage you to buy the product? whyThe most successful ad campaign in Canada is Tim Hortons Roll Up The Rim To Win. It seems like everyone always goes to Tim Hortons when this campaign comes out. I think this is because everyone likes to have a chance at winning something. Adding in a chance at a prize makes people want to buy from Tim Hortons even more.

Her performance was pretty good! In the semi final she won first and of course made it to the finale. She beat out alot of contestents, I couldn’t find the exact number but it was alot. The finale is on channel 8 I do believe at eight oclock pm sometime this week!

Kevin Ray Underwood explored the darkest recesses of his psyche on his blog. At 26, the Oklahoman acted on these black desires, abducting, killing and raping a child—whom he was planning to eat.
I think that this person did not do this because of genetics, i think he did this because of how he felt growing up and because of his social surroundings. I think this was the worst story because of all the different things he would do to people, and then not just that, but eat them as well.

A plane departed from France going to South America. It was seen to be having technical problems. They lost contact and have no idea where it is. They have an international phone line set up for tips and are searching the coasts. Everyone is upset because it is a very good plane, and this should have never happened. Apparently the plane had an experienced crew and are hoping that the crew and the 228 passengers come out safely. They think that the plane just went to a lower altitude and they lost contact.

I learned that a very undeserving couple had lost their daughter becaause a man was taklking on their cellphone and was unable to see the child. This is a very disturbing story and i hope that the new law for no celphones will be cruly inforced so there is no more storys like this

“There was a certain bite to some monologue jokes by each man Wednesday, a day after O’Brien said he wasn’t willing to move the “Tonight” show back a half-hour to make way for Leno.”” Conan got way more for something then Jay did! They are having a big rivalry over something that seems so stupid to me.

I didnt learn anything new, the truth is this game is the most popular game in the world today. i think that every boy i know has at least tried the game if not own it and are adicted to it. I think there are positives and negitives to this article, the positives are it keeps people from doing bad things and keeps them occupied, but games like this also makes boys fantisise about being in a war and making them more and more violent in my opinion

There were many award winners in the golden globes, but i think thatthe most satisfying of all was Avatar. Avatar was named one of the best movies of all time. But i think what stood out for me the most was that johney depp won actor of the decade. I thought that this was well deserved on depp’s part and am so very glad he got this honor

I learned from this that there are many things that are good happening it terms of economically friendly. I think many of the ideas in this video are definatly a step on the right direction. I think that it is fantastic that inventors everywhere are putting there ennisitive ro work on things like saving our enviroment instead of ruining it.

The music world’s top stars are signing on for Friday’s “Hope for Haiti” telethon.
Bruce Springsteen, Jay-Z, Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake, Keith Urban and Alicia Keys are just a few of the performers who will be featured, according to MTV Networks, an integral partner in the two-hour event.
Haiti was devastated and thousands of its citizens killed when an earthquake hit the Caribbean nation last week.
